Shipping Process

Shipping is initiated when a Maker marks a job as Ready to Ship.

The parcel is collected from the Maker and delivered to the User's provided address.

Tracking information will be shared via the Job workspace once available.

Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the User during checkout unless otherwise stated. Oversized or heavy packages may incur additional costs, quoted before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, MakerHub will assist with the courier claim process. Compensation will depend on the courier's insurance coverage.
